04 tahoe awd front end binding when turning

I have an interesting issue. I have a 94 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4 liter 4 by 4, when I start accelerating my truck is fine but as I level out in speed around 30 to 40 miles an hour I get a humming whine from the floorboard that doesnt go away until I come to a complete stop. The issue was the transfer case. I cant figure it out.
